JOINT ANNOUNCEMENT: SVC Becomes an Independent Organization

North Bend Art and Industry (NBA&I), together with Snoqualmie Valley Carousel (SVC), wish to announce their decision to separate into two entities.

NBA&I is incredibly fortunate that a Grand Amusement Carousel was donated to them in 2019, and NBA&I spent significant resources to retrieve that carousel, research restoration, and find support for the restoration.

As a result of that research, it became clear to NBA&I and the Carousel Restoration Team that it would best serve the community, donors, and each organization to separate into two entities allowing each to focus on their individual missions.

We hope this move provides clarity of purpose and mission, and we are excited to take this step together.

As part of this transition, NBA&I is donating the carousel to SVC, and the carousel will remain in the Snoqualmie Valley.

SVC is a being formed with the purpose and goal of restoring and operating this carousel.

NBA&I will continue its focus to be a regional environment and resource for people of all ages and backgrounds to explore and nurture their creativity and curiosity.
